My about page, because you have to have one, apparently. I wasn’t sure what to write here. I suppose I could write a mini-biography listing my qualifications, achievements and personal details, but that would be dull, and who believes that stuff anyway.

Instead, because I think you can tell more about a person from what they like and do, I’ll say: my favourite film is Casablanca; my favourite song is Hey Jude by The Beatles and my favourite book is To Kill a Mockingbird. I support Liverpool FC, lean to the left politically, have an obsession with medieval history and think Brussels Sprouts are the food of the devil.
