This was an interesting read . . . I’m a left hander, and also the Mother of 2 cacky-handed sons. I always thought the only advantage to left-handedness was a creative streak, but now it seems we can kick bottom too.

Odd Spam

This is the strangest item of spam I have ever received. I am guessing it is an attempt at phishing. . . the logic being, you will visit out of curiosity. It does seem unlikely that the UK, not known for it’s tsunamis, is about to be engulfed by one, wouldn’t Ireland get in the way? Anyway, I’m sure the BBC would have said something by now if this was the case.

I was rather intrigued by this line

“We are strongly urging you to evacuate yourself and your family as soon as possible, even though you may live far away from your city.”

How is this possible? If you live far away from your city, it isn’t your city, it’s somewhere else. For example, I live far away from London, this means I am not a Londoner and London isn’t my city.

The Email:

THIS IS AN OFFICIAL WARNING!

A huge 300 ft. high ocean wave is moving towards your continent.Your and many other cities are in a real danger.Approximate wave moving speed is 700 km/h.

Please read more about this catastrophe here:http://www.Danger-tsunami.com/

We are strongly urging you to evacuate yourself and your family as soon as possible, even though you may live far away from your city. The tsunami will reach the continent in approximately FOUR hours.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! (Editors Note: Yikes)
